Wellbeing at Cynthia Spencer

The Wellbeing at Cynthia Spencer video was part of an overall re-positioning of the Day Hospice service for patients. The service tries to help people with a life limiting illness to live their life as fully as possible, maintain their physical function and maintain independence for as long as possible. The relaunch project also included photoshoots to create a new bank of images, a brochure, new signage within our buildings and a press day which patients, volunteers and families were invited to. The project's aims are to spread the word to healthcare practitioners to ensure they are aware of the service and how it can benefit their patients but also for patients and their families to understand how the service could help them and how to access it through direct referral from their GP, nurse or other healthcare professional.
