Welcome to Arthur Rank Hospice

Arthur Rank Hospice supports people in Cambridgeshire living with a life-limiting illness and those who need end-of-life care. Our services are free of charge to patients and their families.

We were first established in 1981, quickly earning an excellent reputation for being warm, caring and professional. After careful consideration, the decision was made that services and care should be moved to a new state-of-the-art home.

Since our opening we have held regular open days for patients, their families and members of the community, inviting them to visit the Hospice. As intended our 23 beds are now regularly occupied and it is no longer appropriate to lead a physical tour into the Inpatient Unit.

Therefore, we felt it was necessary to produce a ‘virtual tour’, which can be viewed on our website by all staff and supporters. It has been particularly useful to our Matron, who shows the video to new patients and their families, reducing any anxieties they may have and helping them feel more comfortable with the environment. Thanks to GoVocal who donated their time and services.

Following support from the community, the Charity continues to work hard to raise the remaining funds needed for the £10.5m build.
