METRO Charity's Mental Health LGBT+ Drop-In
METRO's LGBT+ Mental Health Drop-In has been running for more than 16 years.
The service is for anyone in London who identifies as LGBT+ and has experienced or is experiencing a mental health concern. Each week an average of 35-45 people attend our drop-in for vital social support from across London. We also provide advocacy to clients around their benefits, housing, health care and immigration.
This April METRO sadly lost the funding for this service. In this video we hear from METRO's staff and service users about why the drop-in is so important and what it means for it to keep running.
While we try to secure further funding for the service, any donations would be greatly appreciated to help with the weekly costs of running this vital drop-in. Thank you.
