Island of Grief
Following the death of his wife in 2013, WAY Widowed and Young member Rupert Murrell and his young family explore trying to find happiness again. Part 'documentary' with a nod to vintage BBC productions, Brann the raven stars alongside the family to explore what it feels like to be marooned on the Island of Grief. This project was designed to be viewed by children and adults who have suffered loss, but should be accessible to all. Backed by the charity WAY, which supports people who've been widowed at a young age, the film hopes to help others who find themselves struggling to adapt to life after loss.
