Discover the #powerof657
657 is the number of muscles in the human body. Vivek’s got 657 of them, and so have you and I. But there’s a difference… Vivek’s has the muscle wasting disease muscular dystrophy. His muscles are broken. They don’t work properly.
Vivek always wanted to experience the Paralympics. William dreamed of racing around Silverstone Grand Prix circuit in a Porsche. Lewis longed to take control of an aeroplane in level flight and see the cockpit of an Airbus A380. We made these happen.
Our small, multi-award-winning family charity ‘The Muscle Help Foundation’ delivers transformational, highly personalised experiences called ‘Muscle Dreams’ for children and young people like Vivek who have Muscular Dystrophy.
Our Muscle Dreams not only improve confidence and self-esteem, but also give an increased sense of hopefulness to beneficiaries and their families.
So why not flex your fundraising muscles and head to musclehelp.com to find out how the ‘Power of 657’ is changing lives and giving hope.
Vivek’s mum worries. But he tells her not to worry, because it takes 34 muscles to frown, but only 17 to smile… and muscles are precious, so why waste them on frowning?
